Juan Manuel Melgar

Juan Manuel Melgar has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Juan Manuel began their career in 1999 as a Visual Basic Developer at Electronic Data Systems. In 2000, they moved to a Microsoft Developer role at the same company. In 2009, they joined Quality & Knowledge as a Lider de Proyecto. In 2015, they joined Quality & Knowledge On IT Service as an Operations Manager. Juan Manuel later became a Project Delivery and Operations Manager and was responsible for the implementation of the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 system, coordinating work teams and monitoring compliance with established standards.

Juan Manuel Melgar obtained their Engineer degree in Computer Systems from Escuela Superior de Computo - IPN in 1997. In 2020, they obtained a ScrumStudy Certified Scrum Master certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, and in 2021 they obtained a SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) and Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the same institution.
