Quality Life Management (QLM) is a healthcare advocacy and case management company dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
We advocate, coordinate, and initiate resources and services through both private care and state waiver programs such as ICWP (Independent Care Waiver Program) for the physically disabled, and NOW/COMP for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In addition, QLM founded Compassionate Care Connections Services Inc., a nonprofit organization that bridges critical gaps for clients who face barriers such as long waitlists, high cost share, or homelessness. The nonprofit provides access to medical supplies, housing assistance, and essential resources to ensure individuals can live in the community with a better quality of life.
