Chet Jessick is an experienced educator and business strategist with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer since June 2016, Chet is recognized for assessing the quality of online higher education courses. As a professor at North Central Michigan College since September 1985, Chet facilitates the application of marketing and management theories through practical methods and service-learning projects. Chet also owns a consulting business that empowers small businesses with tailored marketing and management strategies. In addition to these roles, Chet holds leadership positions including President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Association of Faculty and Professional Staff, and previously served as Director/Treasurer for the Top Of Michigan Trails Council. Chet has a diverse background in media and public affairs, including experience as an on-air personality and account executive at various radio stations and WLUC TV. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a BA in Speech-Mass Communication from Northern Michigan University, an Associate of Arts from Winston Churchill College, and training from the Defense Information School.
