Lisa Hughes is a Senior Instructional Designer at Butler University, having previously served as an Instructional Designer at Indiana State University from 2012 to 2022. Lisa taught high school English for a decade before transitioning into Instructional Design, where Lisa helped design and evaluate online and face-to-face courses. Additionally, Lisa actively trains instructors in educational technology and presents at various conferences. As an instructor, Lisa teaches online undergraduate composition as well as graduate courses in educational technology and distance education. Lisa has also been involved as a Course Reviewer and Team Chair for QM Quality Matters since 2012.
