Michelle Kloss is an experienced leader in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Provost of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness at Carroll Community College and as a Board Member for QM Quality Matters. They have previously held multiple roles at Carroll Community College, including Vice President of Effectiveness, Integrity, and Accountability, and have taught art history courses at various institutions including South University. Michelle earned a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from McDaniel College.
