Paula Jones is an experienced educational professional with a focus on instructional design and quality assurance in online learning. Currently serving as a Master Reviewer and QM Facilitator/Trainer at the Association through Quality Matters since 2008, Paula Jones is responsible for managing course reviews to ensure high-quality educational standards. Previously, as the Director of an Adult Education Program from February 2014 to September 2017, Paula Jones provided strategic leadership and direction for the program. Additionally, from August 2000 to January 2014, Paula Jones worked at EKU as an Instructional Designer and Online Instructor/Course Developer, where numerous online courses were developed and designed. Paula Jones holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instruction and Administration from the University of Kentucky.
