Shimaa Essa

Shimaa Essa is an accomplished professional in the field of physical therapy, with a diverse background that includes experience as a lecturer at King Khalid University from March 2009 to July 2011. Currently, Shimaa serves as a Course Peer Reviewer for the Quality Matters Program since 2012, and provides consultation in manual physical therapy at Electricity Hospital from September 2020 to present. In addition, Shimaa holds the position of Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Suez University since August 2021. Previously, Shimaa was a Consultant Physical Therapist at Nasr City Health Insurance Hospital from May 2003 to July 2017. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Medical Laser Applications in Physical Medicine and Physiotherapy from the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences at Cairo University, earned between 2012 and 2017, and an Academic Diploma in E-learning from the Egyptian E-learning University obtained from 2011 to 2013.
