Quality Mind AI gives every employee a private, proactive AI coach, available 24/7 by voice and text, no app required.

Our flagship platform, Sage, is built on Neuro-Repetition, the coaching methodology developed by founder Rich Maloney over 27 years, with keynotes in 15 countries and clients in 25+.

Every Sage agent is built bespoke for the organisation: trained on its own programs, policies and language, so the coaching reflects how that business actually works, not a generic script.

Sage isn't only for the hard moments. It helps people prepare for a big sales meeting, get across the latest training, think through a decision, or rehearse a conversation they're nervous about. Performance support, not just crisis support.

We're coaches and mentors, not psychologists. Sage is the proactive, everyday layer that reaches people long before crisis, working alongside existing EAP and HR systems rather than in place of them, and escalating to clinical support the moment someone needs it.

Why now: Australia's new psychosocial WHS laws put boards and executives personally on the hook for proactively managing workplace mental wellbeing. Around 95% of employees never touch a traditional EAP. Sage is designed to reach 30-60% of the workforce, 6 to 12 times that reach.

What leadership sees is aggregate and de-identified: a live heat map of where psychosocial risk is building, mapped to the recognised hazards. A continuous signal, not a once-a-year survey. Individual conversations stay private; individual content is never shared.
