Tom Werner

Tom Werner is an experienced consultant and educator with a robust background in organizational improvement, team management, and performance enhancement. Starting as a Research Associate at The Center for Personalized Instruction at Georgetown University, Tom advanced to Training Director at Tarkenton & Company, then founded The Miller Consulting Group and co-founded QualTeam. Tom has served as Principal at Werner Consulting since 2011 and also holds a Senior Consultant position at Quality Safety Edge. Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Werner & Company and Senior Analyst and Chief Research Officer at Brandon Hall Research. Tom's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology from Georgetown University and West Virginia University, respectively.
