Quality Service was founded in 1988 by Bobby Cain, an esteemed floor covering specialist in the local Houston, TX community. Maintaining relationships with many of the same customers today, the family owned and operated company has considerably grown while maintaining its commitment to service and customer satisfaction. Now comprised of 3 independently operating divisions; Floor Covering, Stone & Marble, and Commercial Maintenance; Quality Service now operates as the premier Full-Service solution in the industry.
