Dawn L. is a seasoned quality management professional in the medical device industry with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at QTS Medical Device Outsourcing since January 2024, Dawn previously held the position of Sr Supplier Quality Manager at Boston Scientific from November 2018 to January 2024, where management of a global SQE team and supplier partnerships for finished device manufacturing was key. Dawn's earlier roles include Director of Quality at QTS Medical Device Outsourcing from March 2016 to November 2018, overseeing medical device product quality and regulatory compliance, and Manufacturing Manager at Nonin Medical, Inc. from March 2007 to March 2016, focused on production operations and engineering. Additionally, Dawn contributed to education as an instructor for a Risk Based Process Validation course with Manufacturers Alliance. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
