Tom Paul has extensive experience in engineering and management, with a career spanning several decades in various roles. Currently, Tom serves at Quality Tech Services as Facility, Equipment, EHS Manager, Director of Technical Services, and Director of Quality since 2004. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Zimmer Spine (1998 - 2004) and as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Project Manager at Mentor Urology (1995 - 1998). Early career experiences include positions as a Management Consultant at Gagnon and Associates (1991 - 1995), Senior Development Engineer at Alliant Techsystems (1987 - 1990), and Process Engineer at Honeywell Undersea’s System Division (1983 - 1987). Tom began professional pursuits as an Industrial Engineer at Honeywell Residential Division (1978 - 1983). Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1972 and 1977.
