Zach Royals has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zach began their career at Lowes Foods in 2013 as a Produce Clerk. From there, they moved on to Sam's Club, where they held the positions of Deli Clerk and Certified Pharmacy Technician. As a Deli Clerk, they managed the online ordering process for the entire deli section and ensured accurate and organized displays. In their role as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, they provided excellent customer service, handled prescriptions with software systems, and filled and labeled prescriptions. In 2018, Zach joined Quality Chemical Laboratories as a Sample Log-in Administrator, where they were responsible for receiving and reviewing incoming samples, performing data entry, and assisting with maintenance tasks. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager at the same company.
Zach Royals earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Greensboro College, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification as a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in January 2017.

Privately held since inception in 1998, the owner-operator is a noted organic chemist, being fully engaged in the science, and leading the company in challenging problem solving situations for customers. We offer high quality analytical development, finished product and API testing, stability studies, raw materials testing, synthetic chemistry services, and microbiological testing services. Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, we are expanding capacity and capabilities recently building a 37,000 square foot laboratory and formulation development facility in 2017. QCL operates in compliance with cGMPs, is registered with FDA, and has had eight successful FDA inspections. QCL is also registered with DEA for controlled substance schedules 1 through 5.
