Michelle Johnson is a seasoned CIO and business technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, mergers, and acquisitions. Currently serving at Associa as SVP CIO, they focus on enterprise technology and acquisition integration. Previously, Michelle excelled at Freeman Company as Executive Vice President & CIO, where they led significant technology strategies and oversaw enterprise-wide recovery following a pandemic revenue decline. With a strong background in cybersecurity and SaaS applications, Michelle has partnered with investment firms on numerous M&A transactions and actively contributes as a Business Advisory Board Member at QualiZeal.
