Sushma Mudigonda

Sushma Mudigonda started their work experience in 2001 at Villanova University as part of their UnIT team. Sushma then joined CSC in 2007 as the Head of Test Advisory Services. In the same year, they also began working at Applabs, where they held various positions such as Manager of Process and Test Management Consulting, Associate Manager of the Process Team, and Manager of Process. During their time at Applabs, they were responsible for process improvements, process facilitation, dealing with multiple accounts and employees, conducting audits, analyzing customer feedback, performing risk assessments, and providing quality orientation and training. Most recently, in 2021, they joined QualiZeal as the Head of Process.

Sushma Mudigonda obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Villanova University in the United States, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.
