Venka Reddy

Venka Reddy is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in driving global people strategy and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at QualiZeal since April 2025, Venka previously held the position of Vice President & Head HR at Coforge from January 2022 to April 2025, where the focus was on developing people strategies in advanced technologies. Venka's career also includes a role as Global HR Partner & Centre HR Head at Infosys, leading HR initiatives across various functions, and Head HRBP & HR CoE at Bajaj Finserv. Additionally, Venka served as AVP & Head HR at CURA Software Solutions, managing the entire HR function. Venka's educational background includes a Gold Medalist Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree, both from Acharya Nagarjuna University, where Venka was recognized as a university topper.
