Chris Chiem Lee

Chris Chiem Lee has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Chris Chiem started their career in 1995 as a Financial Analyst at Sumitomo Bank of California, where they completed a 12-month credit training program in commercial/real estate lending and credit analysis. From 1998 to 2010, they worked at United Commercial Bank as a SVP, Director of Commercial Real Estate. During this time, they supervised eight loan production and underwriting teams, managed and underwrote commercial real estate, mortgage, and construction projects worth over $500M. In 2010, they became the SVP, Chief Lending Officer at Circle Bank, where they increased the productivity and morale of the credit team. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Breakaway Funding LLC as a Business Analyst Manager, where they analyzed business plans to recognize investment opportunities for potential investors. Lastly, in 2020, they became the Senior Underwriting and Risk Manager at Qualpay.

Chris Chiem Lee attended San Francisco State University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
