Wendy Rice

Wendy Rice has held a variety of roles in the payment processing industry since 2000. Wendy began their career as a Technical Escalation Help Desk Representative at Bank of America Merchant Services in 2000. In 2003, they moved to Merchant e-Solutions where they held the roles of Portfolio Account Analyst, Senior Research Analyst, Corporate Trainer, and Help Desk Representative. In 2014, Rice joined Qualpay as a Senior Product Analyst, where they managed the release QA process within Rainforest, built and maintained Rainforest tests, and completed manual release QA testing.

Wendy Rice attended Community Colleges of Spokane from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Health Record Clerk Cert in the field of Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician. Prior to this, they attended Spokane Falls Community College from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Accounting.
