Mike B.

Mike B. is the Founder and CEO of Qualtech, which they established in 2024, and previously co-founded Backflip, where they served as CEO until exiting in 2025. With over a decade of experience in product development, Mike has also held positions at Google as a Software Engineer and at Uber in Global Business Analytics and Strategy. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman and completed an internship at Bridgewater Associates. Mike is currently pursuing a B.A. in Physics and Economics at Dartmouth College.
