Michael DeMarco

Michael DeMarco has diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career as a Summer Engineering Intern at General Dynamics Electric Boat in 2016. Michael then worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Connecticut from August 2017 to May 2018, and prior to that, they were a Behavioral Research Assistant from September 2015 to August 2017.

In 2018, Michael joined General Dynamics Electric Boat as an Engineer II - Software, where they were involved in software development. Michael remained in this role until January 2020.

From January to March 2020, Michael worked as a Web Engineer at 3STEP Sports, LLC.

Currently, since July 2020, Michael is employed as a Software Engineer at Qualtech Systems. In this role, they are responsible for research, design, and development of algorithms and software systems used for fault-diagnosis and real-time health monitoring of complex industrial systems. Michael works closely with customers and project team members throughout the product and service development process.

From 2014 to 2018, Michael DeMarco attended the University of Connecticut, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science & Engineering.
