Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is an entrepreneurial senior executive with over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, and operations across agriculture, retail, and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Qualterra, they lead customer attraction, acquisition, and servicing through innovative technologies. Previously, O'Brien held roles such as Business Development Manager at AeroFarms and Executive Vice President at Cesari, where they closed over $15M in new business with major brands. They earned a Master’s in Horticulture from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s in Plant and Soil Sciences from the University of Delaware.
