Randy Powers

Randy Powers has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Randy started their own business, Powers Pastures, in 2010, where they focused on producing grass-fed beef, lamb, and poultry while utilizing rotational grazing and restorative agriculture techniques. From 2003 to 2008, Randy worked as a Project Manager at the Morsberger Group, a real estate development company specializing in mixed-use redevelopment and urban infill projects. Following this, they joined Conservation Capital in 2016, where they worked as a Project Development specialist, focusing on land use and conservation consulting. In 2019, Randy held the role of Director of Analytics at M1 Strategic Capital LLC before moving on to become an Operations Manager at Qualtik.

Randy Powers obtained their Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
