Alexis Lopez has extensive experience in people operations and analytics, currently serving as the Global Head of People Service Delivery & Insights at Qualtrics since June 2015. Prior roles at Qualtrics include Manager of People Insights & Systems and various positions in People Operations. At L Brands from January 2013 to May 2015, Alexis worked as an Executive Compensation Analyst and Specialist, handling pay analysis and managing the associate incentive compensation program. Earlier experience includes teaching at Fisher College of Business, billing management at Conservice, and leadership roles at Spoon Me and Five Star Storage. Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah State University.
