Alyssa Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and financial analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Product Management at Qualtrics since October 2018, Alyssa leads the Location CX product line and has been instrumental in developing the Location Assist product for frontline workers. Prior roles at Qualtrics included Principal Product Manager and Program Manager, where strategic initiatives for the CustomerXM business line were managed. Earlier, Alyssa held positions in equity research at KeyBanc Capital Markets and Pacific Crest Securities, focusing on the Cloud Software & Analytics industry. Alyssa began her career as a Research Associate at D.A. Davidson & Co. and gained foundational experience as a Finance and Accounting Intern at SEL. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Utah State University and participated in a study abroad program at SKEMA Business School.
