Andrew Marotta

Andrew Marotta, Ph.D. is a seasoned educational professional currently serving as the Principal Instructional Designer at Qualtrics since February 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held leadership positions at Kyros AI, including Director of Student Development and Student Success Manager. Andrew’s experience also includes designing and teaching courses focused on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) at Cogita Education Initiatives and conducting significant research at The City University of New York, which aimed to address mental health and ethical concerns in the STEM community. Earlier roles included counseling and curriculum design at New York University and implementing a publication project for middle school students with the Student Press Initiative. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Oxford, along with advanced degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA from NYU Gallatin.
