Benjamin Granger

Benjamin Granger is an accomplished professional in the field of industrial organizational psychology, holding a Ph.D. and an M.A. from the University of South Florida. Granger's experience includes leadership roles at Qualtrics as Chief Workplace Psychologist and Head of EX Advisory Services, as well as an adjunct faculty position at the XM Institute. Prior to this, Granger worked at Verizon in various capacities related to selection strategy, including Senior Consultant and Acting Associate Director. Additionally, Granger has experience in employee training and development with the State of Louisiana.
