Daphnee Arias

Daphnee Arias currently serves as the Head of Finance at Qualtrics since March 2024. Prior to this role, Daphnee was the Director of Delivery Operations at Proper from December 2021 to October 2023, leading a large team providing accounting and due diligence services to property management firms across the USA. Daphnee has extensive experience in finance management, having held various senior positions at Micro Focus, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and HP, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting operations, expense management, and implementing new IT platforms across multiple regions in the Americas. Daphnee began a professional career at The Coca-Cola Company and later held an accounting manager position at Merck. Daphnee earned a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Costa Rica.
