Isha Narayan is a Senior Customer Success Leader with extensive experience in the SaaS sector, focusing on customer retention, adoption, and value. They held various roles related to Customer Success, Renewals, and Inside Sales at Oracle from 2008 to 2018. At Qualtrics, Isha advanced through multiple positions, culminating in the role of ANZ Lead for Portfolio Customer Success from 2021 to 2023, after serving as Principal Customer Success Manager and Acting Regional Customer Success Lead. Currently, Isha is pursuing a Master of Commerce in International Business and Business Information Systems, alongside a Bachelor of Economics with a focus on Economics, Political Science, and Management, both at the University of Sydney.
