Jaime Wacker

Jaime Wacker is currently the RVP Experience Management Sales Strategy & Solutions Leader at Qualtrics, where they also lead the EmployeeXM Solution Strategy for North America. Previously, they served as the Assistant Director of Research & Impact Learning at Humanex Ventures, and held multiple leadership roles, including Enterprise Sales Executive and Global Executive in Program Management at IBM. Jaime's experience also includes consulting and program management at Kenexa. They are pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, building on a foundation in Business from the University of South Dakota.
