James A. Thomas is an accomplished UX Leader with extensive experience in driving design innovation and product strategy within SaaS and consumer experiences. They have previously served as a Video Director & Editor at CBS News and Stations, and as a Senior Video Director and Editor for PBS. At Qualtrics, they revitalized the UX team, scaling it from 7 to 45 members while establishing a robust design infrastructure. Currently, Thomas leads Digital Customer Experience initiatives, successfully transforming product lines and enhancing collaboration across teams.
