Kumar Chheda

Kumar Chheda serves as the VP and Head of Employee Experience Management Professional Services for the Americas at Qualtrics since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kumar held several key positions at Worthington Industries, including Vice President of Strategic Finance and Vice President of Transformation, where strategic finance projects were led and transformational initiatives were implemented across various business units. Kumar's earlier experience includes working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where impactful transformations were directed for clients in diverse sectors, and serving as an Assistant Manager at KPMG India, leading substantial growth in the Intellectual Property Services line. Kumar began a career in advisory services at KPMG, focusing on testing security controls for audits. Academically, Kumar holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
