Lucy P. has a diverse professional background, currently serving as an Associate Technical Support Manager at Qualtrics since May 2022, where performance consistently exceeds targets in ticket intake and team leadership within the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Previously, Lucy held positions at Goodman Fielder, progressing from a Product Information Systems Technologist to a Senior Technologist, where expertise in software modifications and cross-functional collaboration drove timely updates for product packaging in compliance with regulatory changes.
