Steve Handy

Steve Handy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as VP of Financial Services Customer Success at Qualtrics since May 2015, Steve has significantly contributed to the company's growth, overseeing a team that manages clients with annual contracts between $50K-$300K and responsible for over $50 million in annual recurring revenue. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at Bluehost.com from January 2006 to May 2015, including Director of Alternate Channels and Director of Sales and Marketing, where innovative sales strategies and team development led to substantial improvements in client retention rates.
