Thijs Oderkerk is a seasoned professional in customer success and change management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Qualtrics in the Benelux and Nordics regions since June 2021. In this role, Thijs is responsible for managing the Customer Success team and achieving renewal and growth targets. Prior to this, Thijs held multiple key positions at Accenture from September 2014 to June 2021, including Manager in the Change Capability of the Strategy and Consulting department and Management Consultant for Organizational Change. Thijs began the career with Arrows Group Global as a Senior Contracts Consultant and Contracts Consultant. Thijs holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschappen from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as experience as an exchange student at Charles University in Prague.
