Thomas Karthaus is the Managing Director for Southeast Asia & Greater China at Qualtrics, where they lead operations focused on driving business growth and customer success. With extensive experience in sales and management, they have held various roles within Qualtrics, including VP, Executive XM Advisor and Country Manager, achieving notable performance milestones such as leading teams to exceed sales goals. Before joining Qualtrics, Thomas worked at Vidyard as an Enterprise Account Executive and at Prophix Software as a Marketing Competitive Analyst. They hold multiple degrees in Commerce with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
