Vicky Godolphin

Vicky Godolphin serves as the Ireland Site Lead and Head of XM Success for EMEA at Qualtrics since January 2022, following a significant career at Accenture where roles included Head of Insurance and Managing Director. Vicky also held leadership positions in digital strategies and professional services at Accenture. Previous experience includes Senior Management Consultant at IBM, Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting, and Project Manager at United Friendly. Vicky began a career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Commercial Union. Educational accomplishments include a BSc in Management and Systems Science from City St George’s, University of London, an Associate's degree from the Chartered Insurance Institute, and a Company Direction Diploma from the Institute of Directors, with additional credentials from Harvard Business School Online.
