Will Adams

Will Adams is a seasoned People Analytics Leader at Qualtrics, where they leverage people data to enhance the employee experience and lead leadership development training. Previously, they served in various roles at Qualtrics, including People Analytics Manager and Head of Employee Experience Programs, contributing to the evolution of employee experience strategies and analytics frameworks. Will also held the position of Director of Alumni Relations at Indiana University Dance Marathon, significantly increasing fundraising efforts for children's healthcare. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Indiana University Bloomington and have completed a course in Outdoor Leadership at the National Outdoor Leadership School.
