John Small

John Small is currently a Senior Program Manager at Qualus, where they lead projects with a focus on strategic planning and execution. Previously, John held various roles including Program Manager at PFES and Utility Project Manager at Sargent Electric Company. They served in the US Navy, attaining the rank of Cryptologic Technician and also held officer positions, overseeing operations and human resources for a large team. John earned a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida.
