Vikrant Pratap

Vikrant Pratap has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Vikrant began their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co. in 1998, and later worked as a Product Manager at Digital Rum from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, Pratap co-founded Meleto Limited and served as a Co-founder until 2006.

Vikrant then joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from 2007 to 2011, before transitioning to Coller Capital as an Investment Associate from 2011 to 2012. Pratap then worked at Carpi Capital Limited as a Director from 2012 to 2016.

Since 2016, Pratap has been involved with Qualus, formerly known as Xeros Tanning Technologies. Vikrant started as the Managing Director and led the company from the pre-revenue stage to commercialization. Vikrant'sachievements include establishing long-term contracts in multiple markets and increasing profitability while reducing environmental impact and improving leather quality. In 2019, Pratap led the Management Buyout of the Qualus business unit from Xeros Technology Group plc and became the Chief Executive Officer, securing financing and establishing exclusive worldwide licensing agreements.

Vikrant Pratap's education history includes an MBA degree from INSEAD, obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, spanning from 1993 to 1997.
