Gareth Turner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and customer support. Currently serving as the Director, Technical Account Manager, and SME at Qualys since April 2018, Gareth manages a team of Post-Sales Technical Account Managers and is responsible for sales targets and forecasting for an extensive portfolio of over 800 accounts, generating annual revenues exceeding $12M. Prior to Qualys, Gareth held several roles at Sophos from April 2010 to April 2018, including Post Sales Team Leader and Technical Support roles, and began a career as an IT Support Analyst at Softlink from April 2008 to April 2010, providing both first and second line support and product training in Europe. Gareth holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from the University of the West of England and an AVCE in Information Technology from Abingdon & Witney College.
