Nan Yang

Nan Yang is a corporate attorney with over eight years of experience in corporate law, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. They have represented high-growth startups and emerging companies, guiding them through a range of corporate issues and compliance matters. Since joining Cooley in 2021, Nan has successfully managed over 70 venture capital financings with a total deal value exceeding $1.3 billion. Currently, Nan serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Qualys, focusing on corporate and securities law. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Peking University and a Master's Degree in Law from Stanford University Law School.
