Paul Royer is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in customer support and cybersecurity. Currently, Paul serves as Technical Lead at Qualys since June 2017, where responsibilities include managing global customer service requests and ensuring professional customer interactions throughout the service life-cycle. Previous roles include mentoring at HCL Technologies and contracting positions focused on Windows migration and end-user desktop support. Paul also served in the US Army as a Military Police until July 2016. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Awareness from Western Governors University, along with additional studies at Central Carolina Community College and Fayetteville Technical Community College.
