Pratik S. is an experienced professional in sales operations and product management, currently serving as Director of Sales Operations at Qualys since March 2023. Previously, Pratik held the role of Director - Global Sales Operations at Industrial Scientific, where capabilities in Sales Ops were built from the ground up for a portfolio of industrial safety products across multiple regions. Pratik’s prior experience includes roles at Fortive as an Internal Consultant, leading a process improvement project, and as Global Retail Solutions Product Manager at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, managing a significant transition from on-prem to cloud solutions. Additional experience includes developing an agent scheduling model during a tenure in Service Operations at Gilbarco Veeder-Root and co-founding Steam Apparels, scaling the business across 300+ retail stores in Nepal. Pratik holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
