Rohit Kumar

Rohit Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical project management and customer success, currently serving as the Lead Technical Project Manager at Qualys since July 2018. In this role, Rohit has successfully managed 12 to 14 accounts across the APAC and EMEA regions, driving customer satisfaction and product adoption. Prior to Qualys, Rohit held various positions, including Technical Support Manager at Vodafone Enterprise, where leadership of a technical support team provided enterprise customers with cybersecurity solutions, and Project Lead at Microland Limited, overseeing cybersecurity support for GE Security Operations. Rohit’s career began in technical support roles at IBM and HCL Technologies, showcasing a strong foundation in IT service management and customer relations. Rohit holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics Honours.
