Ruby Ramirez Kulkarni

Ruby Ramirez Kulkarni is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in web application security and risk analysis. Currently serving as a Lead Web Application Security Analyst at Qualys since April 2016, Ruby previously held positions at PwC as a Senior Associate and at Kforce Inc. as a Risk Analyst, where responsibilities included assessing security risks related to cloud suppliers at Hitachi Data Systems. Ruby’s earlier experience includes working as a Cisco WebEx Security Engineer, conducting penetration tests and developing security protocols, as well as serving as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing program management support for the Navy's Computer Network Defense. Ruby holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 2006 and 2010.
