David worked as the Director of Marketing Operations & Technology at Quanata, where they were responsible for the marketing technology platform and operations management. Prior to that, they were the Director of Digital Growth Solutions and Director of Customer Success at the same company, where they oversaw the implementation of advanced customer support technologies. David also served as the Director of Marketing Operations & Technology at HiRoad. David was the VP of Professional Services and Customer Success at CloudCraze, responsible for post-sale customer experience. At ShotSpotter, Inc., they held the position of Senior Director, overseeing customer support and implementation services. David was also the VP of Technical Operations at Aerohive Networks. David held the position of Chief Operating Officer/Chief Customer Officer at Echopass, leading product development and customer success. David was the VP of Information Technology/CIO at Sentient Jet, Inc. David also worked as a self-employed consultant, providing IT management consulting services to early-stage startups. David served as the CIO at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), where they managed global IT resources. Lastly, David was the CIO at Viaticus, Inc., where they created the IT department for the startup company.
