Senior Vice President, Growth Solutions at Quanata

Eric D. has extensive experience in the insurance and technology industries. Eric began their career in 2005 as a Consumer Protection Analyst at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. Eric then worked as a Marketing Analyst/Coordinator at Hilton in 2007 before transitioning to the role of Nat. Director of Marketing & Business Development at Pinnacle Corp. in 2006. In this role, Eric led all marketing and business development activities, managing a team of 20+ people and implementing custom software solutions.

Eric's expertise in digital marketing led him to work as a Manager of Digital at Constellis from 2008 to 2010. Eric then transitioned into consulting and startups, working in that field from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, Eric joined Magner Sanborn (now called Chapter & Verse) as the Director of Digital, overseeing all digital activities for the agency.

In 2014, Eric co-founded Crowdswell® and served as the Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on hyper-local cause marketing initiatives. Eric also joined State Farm in the same year, working in various roles including as an LDA - Corporate Executive and in Enterprise Digital Strategy from 2014 to 2016.

Eric then joined HiRoad, a State Farm company, in 2017 as the Vice President of Growth Operations. Eric was responsible for reinventing insurance through technology and recognizing good choices made by individuals.

Most recently, Eric worked at Quanata, a State Farm company, as the Senior Vice President of Growth Solutions from 2018. Eric played a key role in the context-based insurance technology and was part of the rebranding of BlueOwl to Quanata.

Eric D. has a diverse education history. Eric obtained a Chief Marketing Officer Program certificate from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2023. In 2011, they completed a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Business from Boston University MET International. Additionally, they pursued International Marketing studies at the EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2009. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Philosophy from Gonzaga University, which they completed before 2008. Eric's earlier education took place at Valley Christian School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
