Morgan Bugbee

Morgan Bugbee has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. They started their career at Farmers Insurance, where they held various roles including Actuarial Analyst, Assistant Actuary, Chief Auto Actuary, and R&D Actuary. In these positions, Morgan was responsible for tasks such as financial planning, customer segmentation modeling, and development of predictive models. They then joined Cover as the Head of R&D and Actuarial, where they worked until 2022. Following that, Morgan joined HiRoad as the Head of Underwriting before moving on to their current role as the Director of Risk Strategy at Quanata, where they are responsible for underwriting and insurance risk strategy for the HiRoad brand.

Morgan Bugbee attended Northwestern University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BA/BMus degree in Mathematics/Saxophone Performance. Prior to attending university, Morgan Bugbee also attended Hellgate High School. Additionally, Morgan Bugbee has obtained certifications including CSPA - Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics from The CAS Institute, and FCAS - Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
