Ayran M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ayran began their career as an Operations Manager at Price International Ltd, where they oversaw the opening of retail concessions and managed a team of over 40 staff members. Ayran then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at TEK Personnel, sourcing engineers and maintaining relationships with key clients. Ayran M. later joined ABMA as a Business Development Manager, where they identified and developed partnerships for qualification programs across multiple regions. Ayran then moved on to uSwitch Ltd as a Business Development Manager, specializing in partnerships for their price comparison site. Currently, Ayran M. holds a role at Quandoo as VP Marketing & Business Development, where they have responsibilities such as developing and executing partnerships strategies, negotiating high-value partnerships, and representing the company at trade events.

Ayran M. completed a BA(Hons) 2:1 degree in Marketing Management at the University of Derby in 2008.
