Chris Adelsbach is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as MD Emeritus at Techstars since March 2015, Chris provides mentorship and advice on company selection to MDs across Europe following a successful tenure as Managing Director. As a Founding Partner at Outrun Ventures, Chris focuses on investing in early-stage financial service innovations in the UK and Europe. Additionally, Chris holds advisory roles at Venari Security and Quant Network, and engages as a business mentor with Creative Destruction Lab. Chris was recognized as the 2018/19 Angel Investor of the Year by the UK Business Angels Association and contributes to the University of Michigan's Alumni Board Of Governors.
